                      職位描述：
                      1.熟練根據工藝項目負責人提供的工藝規程進(jìn)行安全評估，合成工藝開(kāi)發(fā)、優(yōu)化及質(zhì)量研究工作。
                      
2.熟練根據現有或優(yōu)化后的工藝完成公斤級實(shí)驗或公斤級驗證實(shí)驗。
                      
3.獨立完成文獻的查閱和圖譜解析。
                      
4. 熟練地完成化學(xué)反應，并對結果做出較全面的分析，解決實(shí)驗中出現的大部分問(wèn)題。
                      
5.指導有機合成工藝研究員完成項目工作。
                      
6. 按照項目計劃開(kāi)展實(shí)驗，并按照公司要求清晰、完整、準確地完成實(shí)驗記錄和項目報告。

                      Challange:
                      
The Process Optimization Engineer is responsible for providing process engineering expertise and support and for performing process design and process simulation to achieve orderly and efficient plant operations. The POE is accountable for long-term enhancement of plant efficiency and capabilities 
                      
-Effective use of process engineering tools such as HTRI programs and process simulation software to optimize plant operation 
                      
-Develop, design and implement improved process control strategies and process optimization programs
                      
-Perform process design and material balance for plant modification projects
                      
-Investigate complex plant problems and develop/propose procedures and process modifications to address/solve such problems
                      
-Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and problems 
                      
-Provide process engineering consultation and support to peer engineers to improve plant operating results
                      
-Evaluate the economics of projects.
                      
-Knowledge of basic economic principles.
